Project overview

Biddeee.com is a unique online marketplace connecting homeowners ("biddees") with local teenagers ("bidders") for outdoor chores—think lawn mowing, raking leaves, shoveling snow, and more. Launched in Toronto's The Beach community, the platform brings a digital, secure, and community-focused approach to classic neighborhood jobs, helping teens earn responsibly while fostering intergenerational connections.

The challenge

The founders needed a secure, scalable MVP that could:
